Our relationship with one of the UK's largest national wealth networks is the largest and most strategically significant partnership in the business, and this role leads the team responsible for making the most of it. The Relationship Team Leader manages a team of four field-based Account Relationship Managers, each covering a defined territory within the network's Partner base. But this is not a purely managerial role. They are expected to be a player-manager actively contributing to Partner engagement and referral growth in their own right, while simultaneously elevating the performance of the team around them.
