We are looking for a Sales Director to lead and scale our commercial organization in a fast‑growing defence technology company building cutting‑edge solutions for the drone era. This is a high‑impact leadership role responsible for shaping sales strategy, driving revenue growth, and building a world‑class sales team in a complex, mission‑critical environment. You will operate at the intersection of advanced technology and global markets, working with sophisticated customers and stakeholders across defence, aerospace, and related industries. The role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, operational discipline, and hands‑on deal leadership, particularly in long sales cycles and multi‑stakeholder environments. As Sales Director, you will define and execute go‑to‑market strategy, improve commercial performance, and ensure sales excellence across forecasting, pipeline management, and deal execution. You will also play a key role in scaling the organization, developing talent, and shaping how we engage with strategic customers and partners globally.
