We are looking for a Senior Billing Associate contractor (12-month FTC) to take ownership of key areas of Swap’s day-to-day billing operations, primarily focused on our Global product. This is a hands-on senior role combining complex billing and reconciliations with systems implementation, automation and process improvement. You will be expected to operate independently, solve complex billing issues and help build more scalable and automated billing processes as Swap grows. This role suits a problem solver that thrives in a scale-up environment — comfortable operating both strategically and at a detailed transactional level. You’ll be as confident reviewing complex billing issues as you are improving processes, implementing systems, and solving operational bottlenecks. You will play a critical role in ensuring billing accuracy, scalability, and transparency as Swap grows globally, while building the foundations of a modern, automated finance function.
