As our <strong data-path-to-node="1" data-index-in-node="101">Senior Conference & Events Manager </strong>you'll be the go to for all things operations and events. This isn't just about ticking boxes; it’s about leading the charge in creating seamless, "wow" moments for our clients and their guests while keeping the engine room running like a well-oiled machine.</p> <p data-path-to-node="2">From the high-stakes energy of live corporate events to the behind-the-scenes magic of maintenance, you’ll be the go-to leader making sure every square inch of our space shines. If you’re a pro at juggling logistics, inspiring a diverse team, and turning "good" feedback into "where do i sign for next year" status, we want to meet you! Whilst we work in the world of events our operations are usually Monday-Friday, flexibility is key in our world!   </p> <p><strong>What We Look For: </strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Commercial & financial management: </strong><br>Assisting in the running a profitable venue to help towards the company vision</li> <li><strong>Operational management: </strong><br>Understanding and managing the Client Service and Conference Service departments and teams</li> <li><strong>Client management: </strong><br>Maintaining excellent client relations to ensure a successful venue</li> <li><strong>Leadership: </strong><br>Build and maintain an excellent team to deliver the best service</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Do
