The role   Help merchants get more from their partnership with Wolt and Deliveroo.   Reporting to the EMEA B2B Content Team Lead, you will own merchant content programmes across both brands, with a particular focus on helping existing merchants improve their operations, discover opportunities and grow their businesses.   You will identify the merchant problems worth addressing, develop the content strategy and lead delivery with colleagues across Marketing, Commercial, Operations and Product. You will also write and edit the content yourself, combining strong editorial judgement with clear ownership of performance.   Your core portfolio will include merchant editorial content, customer stories, thought leadership and campaigns that support merchant success. This is a senior individual contributor role with responsibility for setting priorities, leading programmes and demonstrating their impact.   What you will own   Merchant editorial programmes. Build and manage a focused content plan across both brands, including the merchant blog, practical business guidance and thought leadership. Use merchant research, frontline feedback and performance data to decide what deserves investment. Merchant stories and proof. Develop a repeatable case-study programme, from identifying merchants and conducting interviews to securing evidence, approvals and reusable assets. Merchant campaigns. Lead the content strategy and delivery for agreed merchant initiatives, including operational improvements and relevant seasonal occasions.
