Axon is seeking an Assistant General Counsel, Corporate and M&A, to provide elite transactional support and advise on complex M&A, acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets and governance. You will report to the Chief Legal Officer and collaborate with the Board, Corporate Development, and SEC teams. The role requires a J.D., State Bar admission, and 5–7 years of top-tier firm experience, with a preference for technology or financial services sectors. J-18808-Ljbffr
