We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our London team. This is a six month fixed term contract and will be a hybrid role working 3 days a week from our London HQ. In this role, you’ll help us drive business growth and manage best-in-class strategy, planning, and execution for digital media across key channels. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be joining the Digital Media team. We are a vibrant, data-driven function collaborating closely with creative, data science, and marketing technology teams to deliver innovative campaigns. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: Manage end-to-end platform setup, activation, optimisation, and reporting for programmatic video and paid social across brand proposition and tactical campaigns. Respond to briefs in collaboration with internal planning teams, forecasting audience reach and recommending channel strategies to meet commercial goals. Build and manage ad-serving tags, trackers, and CM360 trafficking processes to ensure accurate performance measurement and conversion tracking. Design and run A/B tests and brand lift studies to strengthen channel insights and systematically improve campaign efficiency. Deliver weekly performance updates and post-campaign analysis, translating complex metrics into actionable learnings for key internal and external stakeholders.
