<p>IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team to support our Rosetta Stone product line. Rosetta Stone is the global leader of online language learning solutions. Rosetta Stone Enterprise provides companies and organizations with a world-class platform to address language-learning gaps by tracking and optimizing language training. </p> <p>The Senior Enterprise Account Executive owns a defined European territory and is accountable for new-logo revenue and expansion across a portfolio of enterprise accounts. You will build and execute a territory business plan, lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first meeting through signature, and serve as a credible advisor to senior HR, L&D, and Talent Acquisition leaders on language capability. You will work with limited direction, bring your own methodology and network, and set the standard for pipeline and forecast discipline within the team.</p> <p>This full-time position requires you to be in our London, England, office regularly. <span style="color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">#LI-EM1</span></p> <p>WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING</p> <ul> <li>Own new-logo revenue and expansion in a defined enterprise territory</li> <li>Build and execute a territory business plan with quarterly milestones</li> <li>Lead sales cycles and translate customer priorities into a business case with quantified value</li> <li>Run multi-threaded deals and navigate procurement, security, legal, and worker council review</li> <li>Help to design and implement new and creative sales strategies</li> <li>Lead responses to RFPs and public tenders in cooperation with the proposals team</li> <li>Position both the language training platform and the language assessment pro
