<h3><strong>Joining Collibra’s Growth Marketing team</strong><strong><br></strong></h3> <p>Collibra's Growth Marketing team drives the regional strategies and programs that connect our solutions to the accounts and buyers who need them most — and we're looking for an EMEA Senior Field Marketing Manager to lead that charge across the region. Reporting to the Director of Field & Event Marketing, you'll own the strategy and execution that influences the pipeline across EMEA from building awareness with the right accounts to accelerating opportunities through demand generation and targeted account-based plays.</p> <p>You'll partner closely with EMEA GTM leaders, Integrated Marketing, and Growth Marketing to translate global programs into high-impact regional initiatives.</p> <p>Values-in-action (We show up to win): This team moves with urgency, makes data-driven decisions, and continuously optimizes to deliver the best outcomes for the business and our customers.</p> <p>This is a hybrid role based in our London office. Our hybrid model means you’ll work from the office at least two days each week. This setup helps us stay connected, work more closely together, and keep making progress as a team.</p> <h3><strong>Senior Field Marketing Managers at Collibra are responsible for</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own and execute fully integrated, multi-channel marketing plans across the DACH, NEUR and APAC regions to drive demand generation, land new logos, and achieve new business pipeline targets</li> <li>Develop and run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in close partnership with sales — identifying and prioritizing high-value accounts, personalizing engagement across channels, and accelerating pipeline progression within target accounts</li> <li>Translate global campaigns into regional digital and engagement
