<p><strong>Location:</strong> hybrid, based at one of our UK offices: London, Cardiff, or Manchester. </p> <h2>The Role</h2> <p>As a key member of the Global People Operations team, the UK People Operations Coordinator provides end-to-end operational HR support across a diverse UK portfolio. The role has primary employee-lifecycle ownership for Strategy & Communications, People Advisory and Corporate Functions, and coordinates onboarding and offboarding activities for Financial Advisory and Management Consulting. As a first point of contact for employees and managers, the role holder manages a broad range of enquiries, transactions and cases, applying sound judgement, resilience and a strong service mindset. The successful candidate will be a proactive self-starter with HR generalist experience who can build effective stakeholder relationships, manage competing priorities and identify opportunities to simplify and improve how services are delivered. </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities </strong></p> <ul> <li>Own and manage the employee lifecycle for Strategy & Communications, People Advisory and Corporate Functions, including onboarding, probation, family leave, absence and wellbeing cases, Visa and immigration, job and contractual changes, internal transfers and offboarding. </li> <li>Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for Financial Advisory and Management Consulting, ensuring candidates, employees, managers and relevant internal teams understand responsibilities, deadlines and next steps. </li> <li>Manage business-specific onboarding and offboarding requirements, including different contractual and compensation terms, templates, approvals and downstream actions, while identifying opportunities to align and simplify processes. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Act as a first point
