We're looking for a hands-on operator who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, leading employee relations, enabling expansion into new markets, and building scalable people processes that support our global growth. You'll own work from strategy through execution, whether that's establishing employment infrastructure in a new country, navigating sensitive employe
