Flagstone is entering a pivotal phase for its website – a full redesign and relaunch, running alongside a parallel Brand refresh. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead this as a strategic programme of work, and to act as squad lead for our cross-functional Website squad (product, UX, data, engineering, and digital marketing). This is not a day-to-day execution role. You'll set direction, sequence the programme, and coordinate contributors across Product, Marketing, Growth/Creative, Data, and Tech – while giving your squad the space to execute against a clear plan. You'll have done this before, and you'll need minimal supervision on process: you're trusted to run the show, escalating only what genuinely needs senior leadership's input rather than day-to-day noise.
