OSITION SUMMARY The Senior Commercial Portfolio Accountant owns full-cycle accounting for an assigned group of Billingsley's commercial assets — office, industrial, and retail. This is a hands-on role: preparing and reviewing financial statements, reconciling CAM and operating expense recoveries, supporting budgets and reforecasts, and making sure every number that reaches ownership or a lender is right the first time.
