At Wolt, keeping courier supply healthy across every city we operate in is core to a great experience for both customers and couriers. As we've scaled to dozens of countries and hundreds of cities, planning supply has grown from a market-by-market exercise into a global challenge: we need a system that plans well everywhere at once – from our largest metros to our smallest cities. That's where this role comes in. As Senior Specialist, Global Market Planning, you'll help refine the models and tools that sit at the heart of how we plan courier supply globally. You'll work on making sure the right supply levers are pulled in the right markets to hit our goals, help allocate those levers across markets, and dig into problem areas to find and fix root causes. It's a role at the crossroads of data, tooling, and operations – one for someone who's as comfortable building a model as they are diving into why a specific market is off plan. You'll be part of the Global Market Planning team and will partner closely with local operations & courier marketing so that our planning always reflects the reality on the ground.
