We're looking for a Senior Total Reward Analyst to own compensation, equity, and commission across the business - reporting directly to the CPO and working closely with senior leadership and Finance. This is a broad, hands-on remit with real influence. You'll bring structure to how we pay and reward our people, use AI tooling as a core part of how you work, and help shape a rewards function that scales with us. What you’ll do Compensation: Own market pricing and pay benchmarking - including external surveys, job matching, and evaluating competitive pay levels. Take our newly completed job architecture live: build out salary bands to best-practice standard, simplify where possible, and use AI tooling to drive efficiency in how the structure is built and maintained. Run the annual merit cycle and gender pay gap reporting, partnering with the CPO, People Partners, and Finance. Partner with the People Operations Lead to keep Humaans (our HRIS) accurate, build dashboards that turn compensation data into clear decisions, and support Talent Acquisition and People Partners on benchmarking and offers.
