<p></p> <p><strong>Purpose of Position</strong></p> <p>Are you passionate about uncovering meaningful user insights and influencing product decisions through evidence-based research? We're looking for a Senior UX Researcher to lead strategic and tactical research initiatives across our platform, helping teams better understand our customers and make informed decisions with confidence. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Data, and other customer facing teams to plan and deliver impactful research. You'll be comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing multiple priorities, and driving research projects forward from inception to outcome with minimal oversight.
