We're looking for a Site Agent to join our United Utilities Framework based in North West of England. Location: North West of England Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. Join us as a Site Agent and take the lead in managing construction sites that deliver essential projects to our customers. You'll be at the heart of site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. As a Site Agent, you'll be working within the United Utilities team, supporting them in delivering projects to our customers. Your day to day will include: Overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring safe, timely, and budget-conscious project completion Managing site resources and monthly costs, including labour, materials, and equipment to maximise efficiency Coordinating and delegating tasks among site teams and subcontractors, providing regular progress updates Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting site inspections and addressing issues promptly Maintaining accurate site records, including progress reports, risk assessments, and health and safety documentation What are we looking for?
