About the Role This role focuses on building performant, maintainable systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features that meet business and customer needs. You'll lead development of Pelico's ETL backend in Java, owning scalability and performance for the systems that turn complex, high-volume manufacturing data into a single live operational picture.
