The Role You'll work directly with the founders on the things that hold a fast-growing company together: how we operate day to day, how we hire, and how it feels to join us. Broad scope, real ownership, from your first month. Define how ClaimSorted operates day to day — the cadence, processes and tools that keep a fast-growing team coordinated as we scale. Own the candidate and employee experience end to end, and build the systems that keep it consistently high. Set the standard for how ClaimSorted communicates, internally and out — voice, templates, response times. Act as the first filter on our hiring pipeline: run screening calls and shape the founders' shortlist. We love working together in the office, so this is a full-time, office-based role in our London office.
