This position supports the development and execution of brand and experience strategies that advance, protect, and strengthen the BCBS Brand across the System and in partnership with Plans. Working primarily in Brand Strategy with a secondary contribution to Customer Experience, it translates research and consumer insights into strategic direction, develops brand and creative briefs, and synthesizes inputs into clear recommendations that inform brand decisions.
