Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’expérience client, en coordonnant utilisateurs, hôtels partenaires et équipes internes. Customer Experience Échanger au quotidien avec nos clients (France, UK, Espagne, Suisse, Belgique) Participer à la résolution de cas variés et contribuer à faire évoluer l’expérience client Accompagner nos hôtels partenaires pour améliorer l’expérience proposée Contribuer activement à améliorer l’expérience en partageant vos idées
