You’ll have end-to-end ownership of hiring across the Operations function, covering a mix of roles including Complaints, Fraud, Financial Crime and Customer Operations teams as well as Managing a small team of Talent Partners within Operations. Working closely with hiring managers to build strong, consistent pipelines in a high-volume, always-on part of the business.
