The Role Rogo is building AI-native tools for finance - and scaling our go-to-market team is critical to that mission. We're hiring for our first dedicated GTM recruiting hire on the ground in London. You'll bring Rogo's GTM hiring playbook to the London and European market - establishing what great GTM hiring looks like locally, building our employer brand and presence with candidates in the region, and working closely with our co-founder as we continue to expand our London and European footprint. There's real frontier work here: figuring out what GTM recruiting best practices look like for this market, and helping London become a stronger hub for talent as we grow.
