Not because they haven't tried, but because they have world-class hiring bars, and it’s genuinely tough. As a Talent Partner looking after our clients, you own those relationships. You take a role briefing properly, you push back when it doesn't add up, and you become the person a founder, internal talent partner or hiring manager calls before they've even decided to hire. You will also own delivery: ensuring that our clients receive an amazing experience using Dex. You'll also be a power user of our product. We use Dex on our own hiring every day, and the feedback loop between you and the people building it should be strong. In this role you will: Own a portfolio of client relationships end to end; brief, delivery, feedback, and everything after Take role briefs / kick-offs that actually hold up.
