Our client is a large international fund manager in Zurich. We are searching for a tax compliance specialist (m, f, d) as Tax Manager Corporates & Compliance | PE Funds UCITS Aufgaben Support investment team and providing guidance for company’s participation in investments and strategic partnerships / Research compliance issues and interpret tax laws and rulings to resolve a wide variety of tax questions / Review of tax returns filled by external advisors and the processes of tax reporting / Advising on tax compliance aspects of private equity business and supporting FATCA and AEOI matters and the review of the IRS Forms W-8 and W-9 / Manage the annual process of complying with tax obligations in various jurisdictions around the world / Research and interpret tax laws and regulations affecting private equity investments / Collaborate with investment teams with tax due diligence processes, tax structuring and analysing tax scenarios / Monitoring tax procedures and controls to ensure they are carried out correctly and on time and assess changes in international and domestic taxation and the impact on the fund investments / Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and international tax obligations / Participate in ad hoc tax projects, provide direct ad hoc support and trainings. c Qualifikation Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Tax Law / Further education in tax law would be an advantage / Professional experience at a Big Four firm or a top-tier law firm is required / Experience in the field of international tax law with corporate tax as well as US tax and investment compliance (FATCA, AEOI) / Knowledge of corporation tax law
