A leadership role is only as good as the leader you get to work with. We’re looking for a Proficient (or above) NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner ready to step into a genuine leadership role across South East Queensland. And by leadership, we actually mean leadership. Around 70–80% of your role will be focused on leading, mentoring and developing practitioners , with a reduced caseload so you can stay clinically connected without trying to squeeze leadership in around a full billable workload…
