Job Title: Tech Lead Experience: 8+ years commercial experience as a Software Engineer Location : Remote / Flexible (UK timezone overlap required) Compensation : Competitive + bonus upside Your Impact at MyEdSpace We’re looking for a Tech Lead who cares deeply about building great products and well-structured systems — whether your strengths lie in backend, frontend, or across the stack. You’ll guide technical decisions, help navigate trade-offs, and support engineers in delivering high-quality work. The role spans three key areas of responsibility: Technical leadership — coding, pair programming, peer reviews, and driving software and architecture design. People management — running 1:1s, supporting career progression, and ensuring a strong feedback loop. Product collaboration — working closely with product and design to shape scope, prioritise effectively, and align on outcomes.
