About the Role Pelico's customers feel one pain above all: missing parts that block delivery. The Solution squads are where we turn Pelico's platform into a product that fixes it. Each squad owns one solution surface — Material Coverage & inventory, Quality, Supplier & customer Collaboration / AI Buyer, MRO & Aftermarket, Program Management, or Strategic Account Support — composing our platform's building blocks into workflows that work across many customers. You'll lead one surface end to end: ship it fast, keep it configuration-first, and feed real customer patterns back into the platform — while our Regional Solution Engineering pods carry the day-to-day customer relationship.
