We are taking a holistic approach, from the initial evaluation of AI maturity, through the design and development of data and AI solutions, to the practical implementation and scaling of AI solutions. Through our deep expertise in Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, we ensure that our clients gain the maximum value from their data. Your tasks Focus: Technical support and troubleshooting for LLM and AI applications in client projects You support users with technical questions related to LLM and AI applications and handle support requests at L1 and L2 level You analyze technical issues in a structured manner, identify potential root causes, resolve them independently where possible, and escalate more complex cases to the appropriate experts You communicate clearly and professionally with users in German and English and ensure transparent handling of their support requests You work primarily with Langdock and develop a solid understanding of the platform and its underlying LLM and AI functionalities You document recurring questions and solutions and contribute to the continuous development of our knowledge base You actively contribute insights from day-to-day support to continuously improve our support processes, documentation, and Langdock Support Bot You collaborate clos
