THE ROLE Engineering Lead for the Acquisition team. You’ll work closely with the PM to lead the team toward its goals, owning delivery, operational reliability and developer experience. You’ll ship production code and provide technical coaching and leadership to the engineers around you, not line management. You’ll also shape how the team uses AI tools and coding agents to ship faster without lowering the quality bar. WHAT WE THINK IS MOST EXCITING ABOUT THE ROLE: Lead a team building products that directly drive Flock’s growth Own delivery and technical quality for the Acquisition team, working hand in hand with the PM to ship features that directly impact how fleets find and choose Flock.
