About This Role You'll join Strava's international People team, which supports around several hundred employees across 14+ countries, spanning People Ops, Workplace, and People Partnering. This lean team keeps day-to-day People and Workplace operations running smoothly across a fast-growing international footprint. This is a fixed-term role for 12 months covering a team member's leave, supporting our People Ops Specialist and Senior Workplace Coordinator across two connected areas: People Ops administration (onboarding, employee data, compliance documentation) and Workplace coordination, including hands-on support standing up our new London office. You'll work closely with both specialists day to day, and act as a first point of contact for London-based employees on everyday workplace needs. We follow a flexible hybrid model that translates to more than half of your time on-site in our London office, three days per week. What You'll Do: Support day-to-day People Ops administration, including onboarding paperwork, employee data updates, and compliance documentation Partner with the Senior Workplace Coordinator on logistics for our new London office, including vendor coordination and scheduling Act as a responsive, visible point of contact for London-based employees on everyday workplace questions and needs Track and prioritize multiple concurrent People Ops and Workplace initiatives, flagging risks or delays early Maintain accurate, up-t
